These terms are the agreement between you and us for using Solorva. We have tried to write them so you can actually read them.
1. Who these terms are with
Solorva is operated by Antypas Ventures. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the operator of Solorva, and "you" means the person or organisation using it.
By creating an account or using Solorva, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. What Solorva does
You give Solorva a website address. We fetch that page, work out a brand profile from it — voice, palette, typography, positioning — and then generate content shaped by that profile: social posts, ads, carousels, articles, images and research reports.
The generation is done by third-party AI models reached through OpenRouter, and research uses live web search. We are not the maker of those models and their behaviour is not under our control.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 to use Solorva.
- The details you register with must be accurate, and you must keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself.
- Tell us promptly at support@solorva.com if you think someone else has access to it.
4. The websites you submit
When you give us a URL, we fetch that page and read its content. This is the part of Solorva that reaches outside your own account, so it carries a condition:
- You confirm you are entitled to have that page analysed — because it is yours, or because you have permission, or because the site's own terms allow it.
- You will not use Solorva to systematically copy a competitor's site, or to extract content in a way that breaks that site's terms of use.
- You are responsible for the consequences of the addresses you submit.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Solorva to:
- Produce anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Impersonate a real person or organisation, or produce material presented as genuine when it is not.
- Generate sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or self-harm. These will get an account closed immediately and without refund.
- Circumvent credit limits, spending caps, or rate limits, whether by scripting, by multiple accounts, or otherwise.
- Probe, scan, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another customer's data.
- Resell access to the platform itself without our written agreement.
6. Content generated by AI
This is the part worth reading twice. AI models produce plausible text and images, not verified ones.
- Output can be wrong, out of date, or invented, including in research reports that cite sources. Check anything you intend to rely on.
- Output is not guaranteed to be original. A model can produce something close to existing material, and we cannot promise that what you generate is free of someone else's rights.
- We do not guarantee your output is unique to you. Another customer giving a similar brief may receive something similar.
- You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish it, and for meeting any obligation to disclose that content was AI-generated — several platforms and jurisdictions now require that labelling.
- Solorva gives no warranty that generated content is accurate, lawful, or fit for your purpose.
7. Who owns what
You keep ownership of what you put in — your brand information, product details, uploads and briefs.
As between you and us, you own the content Solorva generates for you, and you may use it commercially. That ownership is still subject to the terms of the underlying model providers, and to the limits of what copyright law grants to AI-generated material, which differs between countries and is unsettled.
We own Solorva itself — the platform, its code, its design and its brand. Nothing here gives you rights to those.
We do not use your brand data or generated content to train AI models.
8. What you can buy
Solorva is sold two ways, and they behave differently on purpose.
- Credit packs — a one-off purchase. The credits are added to your account and do not expire.
- Monthly plans — a subscription. Each month you get an allowance of generations. Your allowance resets on your renewal date, and anything you have not used by then does not carry over.
9. Monthly plans, renewal and cancelling
- A monthly plan renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel, and we charge the card you paid with.
- We will email you before each renewal, telling you the date and the amount.
- You can cancel at any time from your settings, in one click. No email, no phone call, no retention queue.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not cut off the month you have already paid for — you keep your allowance until the end of that period.
- Any credit packs you bought outright stay on your account after a plan ends. They are yours.
- If a payment fails we will keep trying for a few days and email you. Your account keeps working during that time, and if we cannot collect payment in the end, the plan stops.
10. Prices, payment and refunds
Prices are shown before you buy, and include or exclude tax as indicated at checkout. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you before it takes effect and you can cancel if you would rather not continue.
Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
Because generations are delivered immediately, credits and allowance already used are generally non-refundable. This does not affect any statutory right you may have as a consumer, including cancellation rights under UK and EU consumer law, and it does not affect your rights if the service is faulty.
If a generation fails through our fault, we aim not to charge you for it. If you are charged for work you did not receive, tell us and we will put it right.
11. Availability
We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted. It depends on third-party AI providers, and when they are slow or unavailable, Solorva will be too.
We publish live availability at status.solorva.com.
If a generation fails, we aim not to charge you a credit for it. If you are charged for work you did not receive, tell us and we will put it right.
12. Limits on our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, or for loss arising from AI-generated content you chose to publish, or from a third-party provider's failure.
Subject to the same, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
13. Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using Solorva at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@solorva.com.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is being used unlawfully, or where we are required to. Except where the breach is serious, we will give you notice and a chance to put it right.
If we close your account without cause, we will refund unused credits.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Solorva after that means you accept the change.
